Contract Management

At Symeou Architects, pre contract services include preparation of the specification of work, tender package information, form of tender and management of the tender process.
We provide detailed tender reports, deal with tender negotiations and advise on the appropriate construction contract.
Once contracts are signed, we can manage a post contract quality and design inspection role on site, deal with site queries, contract administration and handle the completion and handover process.
We also offer a project management service, co-ordinating the specialist design team.
